Organisations such as NUCLEO vzw can help save artists much time, trouble and money in the search for a suitable art studio.
In the first place this happens by matching offers and demand in a practical way and by making known the locations, which could be used as art studios.
NUCLEO vzw continues the search for locations, possibly needing renovation, which are suitable to be developed as high quality art studios.
These premises may be the property of the public authorities, the harbour authorities, the diocese, private individuals or companies and be available to NUCLEO vzw by means of a contract, rental agreement, loan, or agreed occupation with NUCLEO vzw.
Begga Convent
The Begga Convent was the very first building under the management of NUCLEO vzw since 2001.
Convent Huyshove
From July 2010 NUCLEO will take a third building in use in the O.L.V. Ter Hoye Begijnhof.
Lindenlei
In April 2010 NUCLEO concluded a contract for two years with the Community Education and has the left wing of the former Industrial School under her management.

Van december 2005 tot april 2010 werd de Gustaaf Callierschool gebruik genomen.
Chemical Factory
From February until September 2005 NUCLEO vzw was using one space in this property.
Empty House Hundelgemsesteenweg at Ledeberg
Since May 2009 NUCLEO takes for the very first time an empty house in its use. Until the end of January 2010 4 artists can be accommmodated in this former residence.
Empty House Moriaanstraat at Ledeberg
In December 2009 one artist moved into this empty house. It was allocated by the Stadontwikkelingsbedrijf and was available until Octobre 2010.
Empty House Vervaenestraat at Ledeberg
This is the second building the Stadontwikkelingsbedrijf allocated to NUCLEO as temporary studios for artists. During 4 month 3 artists worked there.
Leegstaand Huis Langestraat in Ledeberg
Dit is het derde pand dat door het Stadontwikkelingsbedrijf werd toegewezen als tijdelijke atelierruimte. Eén kunstenaar werd er gedurende drie maanden in ondergebracht.
Empty House at Hospitaalstraat
Het Stadontwikkelingsbedrijf wees NUCLEO een vierde pand toe. In het leegstaande huis in de Hospitaalstraat nemen vijf kunstenaars tot augustus 2011 een atelierruimte in gebruik.
