I want to terminate my rental contract. How do I go about it?

Termination of the contract must be done in writing and by registered letter or e-mail; we confirm its receipt. Your contract states the period of notice. Please remember that the period of notice starts on the first day of the following month. E.g. You give notice of termination on 15 March; the period of notice is three months, so you pay rent until the end of June.

I would like to move to a smaller/larger studio.

Let us know what your new requirements are and give your reasons in a mail. We shall discuss it with the allocation panel and contact you when a suitable space becomes available.

I have lost my key.

Let us know so that we can have a new one made. The costs that we make, will be detracted from your warranty.

There is a technical defect in my studio/building. What should I do?

First of all look to see what the cause of the problem might be. If the defect cannot be solved, contact us.

I would like to make a change to my personal details. How do I go about it?

My webpage is no longer up to date. How can I modify it?

Send the visuals, text, CV or whatever you wish to insert to Sofie. It will be arranged for you!
