The social housing company WoninGent assigned NUCLEO in September 2018 2 social appartments in Antoine van Hoorbekehof.

In 2019 another 4 appartments were assigned to NUCLEO which provides now 6 appartments for 6 artists on the site. They will be able to stay there until the renovation works will start.
